Then what?

After you have filled out our VA request form, you will be contacted to go over your form in detail, after which you will be directed to pay your one time registration fee of USD $40, this starts the ball rolling for us to match a VA to you. You will then receive instructions by email to access our preferred online project management tool, so you can then begin setting your VA's tasks immediately.

Once you have a VA assigned to you, you will be introduced in a zoom meeting and your VA (if required by you) will sign a Non-Disclosure agreement, if they will be dealing with sensitive information on your behalf. We can provide this NDA for you upon request.

From there, our Account Managers will monitor your VAs progress and ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner. You will then be invoiced at the end of the month or at the beginning of the quarter, depending on which payment plan you chose.

What is a VA?
Well, a Virtual Assistant or Virtual Personal Assistant is able to facilitate tasks for you from a far. VAs may have more than one skill, but generally they are either men or women who prefer to provide professional services online, rather than in a traditional office setting. Many VAs are professionally trained in their respective fields or have work experience in their preferred area of practice.

What kind of services can my VA provide?
Well it's up to you. That's why our First Step asks that you fill out a simple form to understand what your requirements are. However, tasks can range from Accounting, to Data Entry, to Marketing Strategy. Based on how you fill out your form, you may have an Account Manager assigned to you, who will then manage a team of VAs to fulfill the tasks you require. *Costs may vary based on specialized packages.

How do I pay my VA?
After you have made your registration payment and your VA is assigned to you, you will be invoiced either monthly (at the start of the month) or at the beginning of each quarter. Invoices will be emailed to you with a payment link for you to pay by credit card. Direct Bank Transfers can also be made, but this is only applicable to Jamaican residents. You can also make payments through the Members Portal of our website, with secure credit card payments through Stripe.

How will I manage and assign tasks to my VA?
After you register, you will be given access to our online project management tool - Bloo. Here you will be able to schedule your tasks for your new Virtual Assistant and our Account Managers will have visibility to ensure your tasks are managed and completed in a timely manner.
