Then what?

After you have filled out our VPA request form, you will receive a welcome phone call from Business Chic Services to go over your form in detail, then you will be required to pay our one time registration fee of USD $15, this starts the ball rolling for us to match a VPA to you. You will then receive instructions by email on your access to our online project management tool, so you can then begin setting your VPA's tasks immediately.

Once you have a VPA assigned to you, you will be introduced in a live google chat and your VPA (if required by you) will sign a Non-Disclosure agreement, if they will be dealing with sensitive information on your behalf. We can provide this NDA for you upon request.

From there, Business Chic Services Managers will monitor you VPAs progress and ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner. You will then be invoiced at the end of the month or at the beginning of the quarter, depending on which payment plan you chose.

FAQS

What is a VA?
Well, a Virtual Assistant or Virtual Personal Assistant is able to facilitate tasks for you from a far. VAs may have more than one skill, but generally they are either men or women who prefer to provide professional services online, rather than in a traditional office setting. Many VAs are professionally trained in their respective fields or have work experience in their preferred area of practice.

What kind of services can my VA provide?
Well it's up to you. That's why our First Step asks that you fill out a simple form to understand what your requirements are. However, tasks can range from Accounting, to Data Entry, to Marketing Strategy. Based on how you fill out your form, you may end up have a Business Chic Manager provided to you, who will then manage a team of VAs to fulfill the tasks you require.

How do I pay my VA?
After you have made your registration payment and your VA is assigned to you, you will be invoiced either monthly (at the start of the month) or at the beginning of each quarter. Invoices will be emailed to you with a payment link for you to pay by credit card through PayPal or Payoneer. Direct Bank Transfers can also be made, but this is only applicable to Jamaican residents. You can also make payments through the Members Portal of our website, with secure credit card payments through Stripe or PayPal.

How will I manage and assign tasks to my VA?
After you register, you will be given access to our online project management tool, which will give you the ability to set tasks with deadlines, upload and download files and schedule online meetings with your VA. Business Chic Managers will oversee the tasks you assign to your VA, to ensure that things are completed on time.
